We love having both pets and their parents enjoy time together at Barks & Brew. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and happy space for everyone, we kindly request that all guests follow these terms and conditions:

1. We currently welcome dogs and cats only inside the café.

2. Pet parents must supervise and remain responsible for their pets at all times while inside the premises.

3. If a pet displays aggressive behavior, excessive barking, scratching, or disturbs other guests or pets, the pet parent will be responsible for managing the situation immediately.

4. Any damage caused to café property by a pet must be compensated by the respective pet parent.

5. While we care deeply about animal wellness, we are not equipped right now with any on-site veterinary facilities. If a pet becomes unwell during a visit, our team can help by recommending a nearby clinic or a professional veterinarian, but treatment remains beyond our scope.

6. For the comfort and hygiene of all, pets must be clean, healthy, and free from contagious conditions before entering the café.

7. Pet parents must ensure pets remain leashed or in a carrier unless inside the designated pet play area (if available).

8. Barks & Brew reserves the right to politely request a pet or owner to leave if safety, hygiene, or comfort concerns arise.

9. By entering the café with a pet, guests accept full responsibility for their pet’s behavior and well-being.
