At Barks & Brew, hygiene, quality, and happiness are our top priorities. We prepare every dish fresh and with care for both humans and pets. Since our café welcomes furry companions indoors, we take extra measures to maintain cleanliness at all times.
If you ever notice any issue with your food, such as pet hair or anything unexpected, we will replace the dish immediately with a fresh one.
To keep everything transparent and comfortable for everyone:
Food items once served may not be eligible for a refund, but a proper replacement will always be provided.
If the replacement dish still doesn’t meet expectations, our team will help offer an alternate item from the menu.
We do not offer refunds on pet meals after they have been served and partially eaten, because safety and hygiene come first.
Any concern must be reported during your visit, as refunds or replacements cannot be processed after leaving the café.
If a billing mistake occurs, we will immediately correct the bill and adjust any extra charges.
Pre-orders or special custom meals (for pets or people) are not refundable once prepared.
In case of online orders or delivery partners, policies may vary depending on the platform’s rules.
Our team has the right to deny repeated or unreasonable refund requests, ensuring fairness to all customers.
